Another E-Groupie on the warpath...why would you refuse to believe that I opened an account (in bold letters indicating screaming, no less)? According to EGRP, it's supposed to be easy, quick, and secure to apply online. I did just that, point and clicked my way to E-Groupiness... Unfortunately, it's easy to point and click, but when it comes to the portion where E-Group employees get involved, that's where the screw up occurs. Still no word of the account after a cashed check and 3 weeks...
