Here's an interesting line from Osha's latest comments on AMD. Note that AMD is rated 3-3, which means that a Merrill broker can't solicit a purchase even on weakness without getting a management waiver.

"We see little reason to be aggressively positive for the intermediate term on either Intel (INTC; $105 7/8; B-2-1-7) or AMD."
