8.5 -- 12 is the new PERL short-term trading range now.

I have recycled 3+ rounds in this range for the past 2 months.

All small caps are up big since Oct.

I have upgraded PERL's long term target from 5 to 6.5 :)

We'll see the coming earning report if PERL have improved or not in the last Q.

Last Q report stinks. Higher rev, but earning was flat -- lower profit margin.
