Dear Tony: Maybe I have blinders on but I havent felt that "little ole AMD" shakes up INTC at all, except that it appears to me INTC has raced AMD to put out faster processors perhaps before they otherwise would have. I still am not sure they ought to get involved in such a race. INTC, whom I have always respected for rock solid quality, seems to have pushed to market this past year some systems which likely really were not ready. My concern would be if they tarnish their "INTEL INSIDE" image which to me at least is quite important.
As to SUNW, unless top management is lying which I very sincerely doubt, they seem to have plenty of business now and into the future. Remember its going to be a BIG MARKET for servers out their for at least the next 5 years. Even INTC says so. Probably room for all. JDN
