they count everything as new accounts. Cotsakos', Levinson's, and Purkis' relatives. nephews, cousins, uncles, mothers, everything will do. and if you ever called their 1-800 number, even if you never filled any paperwork, you're now counted as account holder too. so, beware ___ "How does EGRP count the new accounts? Since I opened one on-line but thanks to the incompetence of the staff the process has not been completed, do I now count as a EGRP account holder? I wonder if they actually count the accounts that are fully complete or do they count the ones that were initiated on-line."
