With Admirals for grandfather and father, and his father being CINCPAC, there was a slot reserved for him the day he was born and found to have all his parts in place. -g- ]] It wasn't the entrance that was important, but rather the likelihood that McCain would have needed the 'two Admirals' support factor to even achieve his 5th from the bottom standing as opposed to falling through.
