Bill,

I remember from an ad for Yakima bike racks that it means "many bears." Kinda sums up PAIR's day. Methinks I'll hold my position without embarrassment for a while, though. With PAIR's chokehold on the hayseed broadband market, it should at least be able to sustain these levels. CLEC win provides upside. My HO, of course.

Looks more like that PAIR has capitalized the DSL market in rural America!! One can only hope that they are winning with Avidia with a few major CLEC's and RBOC's and are simply prohibited from issuing a PR to the effect.
