I don't know Siebel's current maintenance policy. For other business applications, I see vendors charging 15% of negotiated license fees on the low end. On the high-end, 18% of list price. When I worked with Siebel a few years ago, our contract called for 15% off of sales price. I would expect Siebel to command a higher premium these days.
