Arvind Bhatia an analyst with Southwest Securities pick: JAKK

JAKK, an extremely well managed company, is very attractive.

Its WWF product line is stable and growing and the company does a very good job of
marketing it. They are expected to continue to do so well into the future.

The company has been aggressively diversifying its portfolio of brands, adding a lot of
new licenses of stable toy lines that have been around for quite awhile.

JAKK main forte is putting its marketing magic to toy lines that are not necessarily the
top brand but that have been traditionally a favorite of children.

The 4-year-old company has had 13 consecutive quarters of year-to-year growth. Forbes
magazine recently ranked the company No. 8 on its list of 200 best small businesses.

The company is ranked No. 7 in the U.S. toy market and is positioning itself to go even
higher.

Analysts are predicting the company will generate $200 million worth of sales this year
and a $1 billion within a couple of years.
