Yes I appreciate the inquisitive and intelligent posting that goes on this thread, and others in SI.

I guess though, I have felt for some time that one of the greatest threats to this entire technical E-conomy that is mushrooming globally, is intense rapidly repeated computer virus and hacker attacks.

This past week is a serious example of that and preventing it is so far very difficult. If the threat reaches a more critical level, it will set back not only our share prices, but the world's Internet advancement IMO...

E-commerce was slow to catch on until last year largely due to the lack of trust in security of personal information over the Net. It won't take much to bring that caution back.

With that said, I am still confidant that all will be well in the months ahead, and there will be tighter security systems in place to slow the hack attacks and viruses...

It's all greed you know, I just really like seeing my NTAP and others like ADIC making these new highs!<big grin>

Thanks for your reply kas,

Puna

kas, I agree with your point of view regarding hacking NTAP OS. None of the discussion here has revealed anything about NTAP. I doubt any of us are capable of doing so.

I hope at least that folks see that ONTAP's custom build is very beneficial compared to NAS products based on, say, LINUX, for example.

Good luck to us longs tomorrow!
