Steve, If you read this closely, he didn't have much choice. He was required to exercise by the 60th day of the year. The exercise means little by itself. However, the structure and timing of this bit of compensation is interesting. He could be along for the ride that Jeffrey has called, and if he holds the shares, that is indeed bullish. So we watch EDGAR for more filings. If we see a registration to sell shares, we should consider following suit. Cheers, Tuck

Hey, Gang, Stay tuned. In my humble opinion, we're nearing a bottom. I'm looking to nibble again in the low to mid 3s, where I see some support. CYPB is 1/2 point away on a good day for the market. The caveat is, will some evidence of insider selling start showing up at the SEC soon? Keep checking that, too. My hunch that slackening volume meant departing mo' players and depressed prices has proven correct (Once in a while I get lucky short term). Get ready to play the upside again. Cheers, Tuck
