If you want to educate yourself on this further, try reading a few issues of the "Organiser", the mouthpiece of the fascist RSS outfit in India that controls the ruling BJP government. You can also read other articles by those who swear by the virulent and malevolent "Hindutva" ideology... Or else you could just follow the news and see for yourself how the minorities (religious minorities, and even people from the lower castes within the elaborate Hindu caste hierarchy itself) are butchered in pogroms on a regular basis in India, and the perpetrators of such crimes walk away with impunity, and maybe even with a halo over their heads. You don't have to imagine fascism in India. It is there for all to see.
