Well, you certainly rekindled my interest in ATCO. I'd totally forgotten about it. Will at least follow it again. Thanks.

Nortel Networks Places $6.4-Million Order for Digital Lightwave's Network Information Computers
Selects NIC as Product of Choice for North American Optical Network Testing Requirements
CLEARWATER, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2000-- Digital Lightwave©, Inc. (Nasdaq:DIGL - news), a leading provider of innovative optical networking products and technology, today announced that Nortel Networks has placed a $6.4-million order for the company's Network Information Computer© (NIC(TM)) and has selected the NIC as its product of choice for high-speed fiber-optic network testing. Nortel Networks placed the order through Telogy, Inc., one of the world's largest providers of equipment leasing services, as part of its build-out plans to provide additional network capacity in North America over the next two years.

Nortel Networks, a Digital Lightwave customer since 1997, conducted a broad evaluation of products from several major manufacturers of optical test and measurement equipment before choosing the NIC. Nortel Networks plans to use the NIC to provide quality assurance for the installation and maintenance of its optical transport and switch products.

``The continued deployment of NICs by Nortel Networks represents an important validation of Digital Lightwave's technology and the NIC's feature-rich functionality,' said Gerry Chastelet, chairman, president and chief executive officer of Digital Lightwave. ``We value our relationship with Nortel Networks, one of our largest users, and we will continue to work with them to provide the tools and technology they require to support their strong growth in the optical networking industry.'
