why wouldn't aol just purchase idtc and then receive not only extra bandwith (idtc has tier 1 backbone and could help in south america with the purchase from telefonica), but also ntop (at a severe discount), trra, brix, phone cards (see recent ipo of this type of company and idtc phone card has to be worth over 200 million being conservative),....? hj and top mgmt proves very adept if they can pull this off and unload ntop only onto aol. aol could certainly use a person like hj to negotiate the deals with partners.
