Here's a runt that's heading the wrong direction FORT WORTH, Texas--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 14, 2000--Range Resources Corporation (NYSE:RRC - news) announced today that Michael V. Ronca had resigned from his position as an officer and director of the Company. The Company and Mr. Ronca have been unable to reach a mutually satisfactory agreement on the financial terms of his departure. Mr. Ronca has informed the Company that he has retained counsel and may choose to file suit against the Company. Any such litigation, if filed, will be vigorously defended by the Company.
