Ingram Micro First Authorized Distributor To Offer UnixWare 7 NonStop Clusters
Company Teams with SCO to Deliver Major Benefits to Enterprise Customers
SANTA ANA, Calif., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Ingram Micro Inc. (NYSE: IM - news), the world's largest wholesale provider of technology products and services, today announced that it has teamed up with SCO (Nasdaq: SCOC - news), the world's leading provider of UNIX server operating systems, to become the first authorized distributor of UnixWare 7 NonStop Clusters.

A member of the SCO Authorized Distributor Program, Ingram Micro will initially offer all the necessary components to implement UnixWare 7 NonStop Clusters. By next quarter, Ingram Micro will offer fully-configured solutions that will be assembled at Ingram Micro's configuration center. Ingram Micro also will offer technical support from specialists trained onsite with NonStop Cluster servers put in place at Ingram Micro last fall.
