I can't remember when Civelli's shares become (became) tradable. Was it the end of last month, or this one? Or am I mistaken in thinking they were restricted?

FYI, I received my Notice of Special Meeting of Shareholders and Proxy today. Two individuals are nominated for new seats on the BOD. One is Dale M. Flanagan, Senior Partner in the TMP Executive Search Div. of TMP Worldwide. The other is Paul M. Stein, a Partner in the Business Law Dept. of Cassels, Brock & Blackwell, Barristers and Solicitors.

And, among other things, the name change is sought.
