Ok...I may have missed the answers to these two questions...

1) Do you know of any operator's who plan on implementing a channel width greater than 5MHz in 3G?

2) If no operators use channel widths wider than 10MHz, but the 3G standards include provisions for these.....will IDC be able to claim royalties?

No, I don't think you did either. Furthermore, I have not heard any operator announce plans to deploy with a bandwidth of greater than 10MHz. I'm not saying that it won't ever happen, just that it's a long ways off, if ever.
