I believe the best time to sell out an IPO bakcdoor positions is, commonly spoken in the week of the actual listing (to be exact, 1, 2 days before).

For evidence look at "value" stocks of the likes of DBCC, MALL, MMWW, WCAP (at COOL IPO), KLOC, PWCC, RSLC, IDTC, IXIC, etc....the examples are countless, and convincing.

Ne selling of COMS before the pricing of PALM.

Bill: have you looked at BRK lately? Seems to be trading well below its intrinsic value (variously estimated in the $60,000 to 90,000/share range)?
