Al,
I believe $55 is before 8 mm/sh public offering. I don't think there is anything wrong with IRF. Some of institutions dumped IRF today, because they think 8 mm/sh public offering will dilute share value. I don't bail out my shares tomorrow. Any one comments.

Best wishes

James

AL,
This happened a few years ago. IRF issued more stock.
What pisses me off is that the information was leaked!!!!
That is what caused the sell off. I am going to call
IRF tomorrow and give them hell.
In the long run {two month's} IT WON'T MATTER.
IRF is on the upswing and the rising profits will take care of the new shares. The announcement should have been
handled differently.
