Sounds rational, and next time, short after it breaks down a little back through a prior resistance level . Like if RMBS now looks as if it wants to close under $103, it should be shorted (by those with appropriate gonads). Carl wanted to short it last Friday, so I volunteered (for Friday only) a shorting point of $93 which it reached and the stock, indeed went back to $87, I wonder if he got a short off the ground during the initial rally today. I sure did not have much faith in the first thrust to $103. Boy, was I wrong. And, boy, did I pay for my mistakes. I calculate that on this roughly $30 points move, I left about $10 on the table, but I am no complaining, I made that $10 few times over in the last few months, without "sleepless" nights.
