You can always ask Mr. Smith what he adds for $1mm US a year. (compare that to MS's salary)...seems like overhead to me. (The full price was certainly paid for IB.) Also stock was reaching it's peak as he come on board. The camel is a horse designed by committee and two people at the helm spells indecision and second guessing - like what we've seen for the past year and a half. Also there is an IR listed at the back of annual report. Shares need to close over 1.77 with volume even to get me interested.
