Peter, Of course the issue of pipeline is not going to go away for big pharma. And as the market continues to batter them, the pressure is going to mount. I wouldn't be surprised if there is an attitude that this biotech rally will behave like the others, and pharma will wait. If, however, the year ages with the rally still having legs, and/or one of the majors buys a biotech and is warmly received by the market, fingers will get itchy. You're right that some of the newly obscenely wealthy may be more likely hunters in the meantime. And this thread may have lost some of its immediacy. biowa genomics
