George C., can you comment on where Russia fits in to this scenario if at all. Who are Russia's customers? How much does it produce? It seems to me several facts are clear: (1) Russia is producing all it can; (2) Russia needs cash desparately and thus can be expected to expand production furiously with prices at present levels; and (3) OPEC won't want to cede market share to anyone.
