George, funny enough there have been no major exploration or capex initiatives by the oil majors so far...the rig count is stuck at relatively low levels. as a result the drillers haven't profited much from the surge in crude so far. that will change if and when the higher prices threaten to become a more permanent feature. i find the divergence between crude and the XOI remarkable...imo it's yet another sign of increasing liquidity problems in the market.
