From the link you gave, it appears that T. Rowe Price reduced its holdings. Item 5 Ownership of Five Percent or Less of a Class. This statement is being filed to report the fact that, as of the date of this report, T. Rowe Price Small-Cap Value Fund, Inc. has ceased to be the beneficial owner of more than five percent of the class of securities. I just started looking into QDEL this weekend because I was impressed with the strength of Friday's breakout with volume. I will probably be long QDEL soon after the market opens on Tuesday.
