After reviewing some of the data I have about FABS, yes, it's possible for a large Intel FAB to produce that many chips/wk before final testing and packaging, on .18 micron of course.
The devil is in the details of the bin splits. Intel must have been reasonably sure the splits who be good, wouldn't they, before progressing with that type of volume?
