Looks to me like the market has interpreted TG as follows:

A large low grade multiple metal deposit that is barely economical based on any one particular metal. The gold, while it has its better grades in spots, by and large is economical only in conjunction with other metals extraction.

Coupled with the difficulty of building a major mine in this geography and being forced to move the entire town to do so ...

Manhattan is years away from any real cash flow from production.

Let's get past Clow's glowing comments and examine the reality ... the market is doing just that!
