semiconeng, Thanks for the information, and the extra effort to go back and check the exact wording. I appreciate your contribution to the thread. Lets hope for additional good new tomorrow, from the stock action today, I am guessing we will have some pleasant surprises. John PS Like to have a copy of that poster over my desk, for when things look bleak and I think of selling some of my Intel shares. Just a reminder that Intel WILL perform when the chips are down.
