don't let that throw you...expiration week is traditionally used to roll over hedging strategies. that increases put trading volume...expiration week (high put vol.) and the week after exp.(low put vol.) usually cancel each other out. on top of that you can't call the put vol excessive. what's a bit disturbing is the LT NAZ semi-log chart...it really looks like the final blow-off may still be ahead of us. if so, it'll start right away.
