Look like we were at bids only into the close (from CBS MarketWatch)...same for TC the last 3 sessions: Shares of Softbank Corp. were unchanged at 169,000 yen, after being bid-only till the last minutes of trading. The Nihon Keizai daily reported that the Financial Reconstruction Commission is likely to sell the troubled Nippon Credit Bank, which is now under the state control, to a Japanese consortium consisting of Softbank, Orix Corp. and Tokyo Marine & Fire Insurance Co.
