The title is "How silly is Dow 36,000?" Cool heads will look back on this era of "huge budget surpluses," "non-existant inflation," and "explosive productivity growth ushering in a new-paradigm of prosperity" as very silly. The poorer segments of the population, whose 401Ks are ravaged, may find "silliness" an insufficient explanation for being swindled. We will have rafts of security regulation AFTER the horses escape from the barn.
