re: news out of korea.

Lev said in the call that they need to get the korean QA
program going. He added a bit more in the SHM, saying
that they have all been giving so much attention to NI
that Hanil is not progressing quite as well as he wants.

During the plan tour, we learned how closely Henderson
engineering is working with NI. E.g. H QA lab computers
and NI QA systems are inter-networked so H can access NI
data in real time. They hold a daily conference call
between the two engineering teams.

I now better understand what they need to do QA-wise with
Hanil. I'm sure they want the same strict level of QA
control and engineering oversight from Henderson and that
it takes a lot of man-hours to get all the systems and
procedures in place and working smoothly.

I'm sure that a very nice kicker to the stock price is
in the cards when they do get their QA systems and
engineering team interlock in place to give Hanil the
green light. That is clearly a matter of just a little
more time.

Not only will the first Hanil PO signal a nice new
source of revenues coming on line, but IMO it will
be far more significant than that. Hanil will be the
first proof of concept of the Valence Licensing
strategy. Won't it be fun when the anaylsts realize
that aspect!

Whooee ride me high, some day soon licenses gonna come!
I'm thinking that will definitely be party time.
