If you read the article, you'll find that Sun hasn't changed its position. Intel just claims it has, without offering any specifics.

SUN - McNealey, et.al., must truly believe "The Network Is The Computer".

What CPU is inside the network or the Computer is, in their minds, now a secondary issue.

And it will remain secondary - until it becomes a PRIMARY issue.
