Burt, Dan, and Mark,
While I am still traveling in Asia, I periodically catch quotes on PTEC and try to stay current with the company on SI, whenever possible. As I have written to you previously, Mark, I am still heavily in PTEC shares, although, not as loaded as I once was. Yes, it is a shame that it has taken so long for investors to recognize PTEC's potential. However, the biggest looser of this long overdue process, I believe, has been Jack Kay. I always liked Jack and feel bad that he is not here, at the head of the company, to reap the recognition for PTEC's elevating stock price. I also believe, that if Jack was still CEO there would have been some provision for allocating inSilicon IPO shares, to current long term PTEC stock holders, and at the issuing IPO price.

It is just unfair that the large institutional clients of the Underwriters will benefit by flipping the IPO inSilicon shares, within the first week, while those of us who do not want to see the dilution of our PTEC interest will pay to buy the inSilicon shares at the higher market price.

Al Sisto, or other PTEC management, who may be reading this, please take note. The best way to increase PTEC's stock price and at the same time keep Phoenix investors like myself happy, is to allocate us IPO shares. (I know from past experience, with other companies I have invested in, (ie IDTC/NTOP). I therefore, sincerely hope that it is not too late to file an amendment, with the SEC, which will provide PTEC shareholders of record,IPO shares.
Best Regards from Singapore,
Jules
