Scarecrow, You sir are correct. I apologize for not looking more closely at the information, it was 825,000. As for the 6000 shareholders, I believe this to be way to low. Someone sent a not on RB to IR and they said it was closer to 200K. Now that, I believe is closer to the real number. How many of those own at least 200 shares for say at least 2 months? Let's say at least half, that's 100K. If DW allocates 15% of the shares to the DSP, that's a little of 2MM shares. That would put our chances of getting the IPO at 1 to 5.....20% This sounds much more accurate. Any thoughts? RichieH
