Evenin' jp! I can only go national if I take you guys along for the ride. The first criticism I get, I'll curl up and die. Got the funniest e-mail from CW-- Subject: Praise for Penni. He had e-mailed the Star Telegram extolling the virtues of a certain columnist. (The fact that he took the time to do this, that he even THOUGHT of it, touches me unbelievably.) I always enjoy Penni's pieces. While they use slight sarcasm and wonderful humor to make me smile, they also usually convey a point which is, sometimes unfortunately, a surprisingly accurate description of society's faults. Keep writing, Penni, and we'll keep reading! Unfortunately, they wrote back and said that they needed his name and address to publish it. I told him it was a good thing he hadn't sent the e-mail to my editor, who may have connected a cw from Rice to that certain columnist who writes about her cw at Rice. Is he the greatest kid in the world or what?
