Dear phone owners: It's now 15 February....do you start paying full rates tomorrow, or what? For that matter has anyone gotten a bill for service yet? What do your SPs say about when "full commercial service will be?" The G*USA PR indicated the 50% rate would extend through 15 February. "Additionally, all limited service phase customers will receive up to 50 percent off their satellite phone bill until February 15. "
