NASDAQ and analysts I spoke with Wendy yesterday regarding patent infringement. She stated that EDIG did not know of any company that was infringing upon their patents. Therefore, there was no litigation in progress or planned. I continued asking her some technical questions about the nature of their intellectual property, to which she said she did not have the technical background to answer. She did offer, however, that once we were on the NASDAQ, analysts would delve into that area and make their research publicly known. I then asked if there were any analysts contacting EDIG to get a head start on the DD and she responded that there were several. No names were discussed.
