Harmon: I believe Santa Cruz is at the turning point to a whole integrated
effort for network OS. The stock fell on 4Q earnings weakness. My view on
SCOC was based on what it could do as a company over the next 12 to 36
months, not 4Q99 which was a slowdown based on Y2K fears.
