Thanks for answering the questions. Here are some more. The SEC is asking for an injunction and a $50,000 civil fine. What is TT asking for? I assume that the Judge is restricted in her rulings to what the parties have asked for in their briefs? Does this trial just involve TT, or are there other GE and SEC issues that are going to be resolved as a result of the Judge's rulings? In other words,if the Judge comes down in favor of TT and GE, what is the best case scenario? Does it require the SEC to get off our back in any way? Does it mean we are out of "Pink Sheet Purgatory" and back on the Bulletin Board?

General question for the thread.
