02/15 08:26 eHOLA Community Members Are Set For An ''Instant Rendezvous''

DELRAY BEACH, Fla., Feb 15, 2000 (BUSINESS WIRE) --

eHOLA and multimate.net Team to Deliver the First Fully-Branded,
Localized Instant Messaging Client for the Latin American Market

eHOLA, the Latin American multi-lingual ISP, today announced that it
is now providing its users with a new online community-building
platform, based on multimate.net's advanced real-time community
solution, Instant Rendezvous (IR).

The first fully-branded and localized instant messagiced today the availability of live expert
help services for Windows 2000 users. Continuing its commitment to
offer the latest technology expertise to consumers, the company will
immediately offer more than 100 Windows 2000 experts online, 24 by 7 to
answer any questions consumers might have concerning the new operating
system.

Building on its base of support services for PCs, Windows and Internet
tools, expertcity.com will include live help, training and advice for
many of the issues faced by Windows 2000 users. Some of the issues
which are expected to arise surrounding Windows 2000 include
compatibility with other applications and hefty memory and hardware
requirements - the system may not upgrade correctly if one or more
hardware or software components are incompatible. Expertcity.com
experts will be on hand around the clock to help users navigate through
these implementation issues and assist in the installation of the new
operating system.

"We are excited to offer expert-assisted help and learning to Windows
2000 users," said Andreas von Blottnitz, president and CEO of
expertcity.com. "As new mass market software and hardware emerges,
expertcity.com is keeping pace by offering immediate live support.
Particularly in the case of operating systems, users tend to find
themselves in the dark when trying to understand new functionality or
worst case, installing a new OS and hitting walls. Expertcity.com
provides immediate help from trained experts around the clock. We have
eliminated the need to hang on hold with 800 tech support numbers or
search the Web for text-based help. The service is at users' fingertips
anytime, anywhere."

How it works

Expertcity.com customers simply type in any Windows 2000 or other
computer question and multiple qualified experts respond within a few
seconds, each submitting a bid for the session. These bids are
evaluated by the customer in conjunction with the expert's quality
rating, which reflects past consumers' satisfaction with that
individual expert. Once the user selects an expert, expertcity.com's
DesktopStreaming(TM) screensharing technology downloads onto the user's
screen in seconds, allowing the user and the expert to collaborate in
real-time as if looking at the same screen. This innovative technology
enables experts to take control of the user's mouse and keyboard, and
with the user's permission, demonstrate onscreen how to answer their
technology question.
