In talking to some of my S&P Future trader friends, this little article released yesterday had a little impact on the Chicago Pit Boys. This is all Crap IMO, PPI and CPI will be benign on Thrusday and Friday and we rally starting tomorrow afternoon when the Mafia(Futures Pit) starts buying prior to PPI.

Good morning America. There are rumors circulating that Alan Greenspan will make a comment Thursday that is similar to (but not as strong as) his now infamous 'irrational exuberance' comment. Mr. Greenspan was dead wrong the first time he suggested there was a 'market bubble' developing that would burst. He was also wrong when he said if unemployment fell below 5.5% we would get higher levels of inflation. He was also wrong about the potential for year end inventory buildup (per this morning's econonews release) and its inflation consequences. As consistently wrong as Mr. Greenspan has been in recent years, we suggest his prognostications of Thursday will also be way off the mark, but that will not stop a convulsive reaction in the equity markets should he try and manipulate them downward with a sharp tongue. Stay tuned.
