The Doc...I have been posting on RB that I believe that the Company will probably (MHO) put out an official "over $5? Been there, done that!" statement, either after the bell tomorrow or Thursday sometime. I believe one of the RB posters spoke with Robert Putnam, who apparently alluded to some sort of announcement coming soon regarding Nasdaq. This is the only thing I can think of that could come this quickly. A non-event really, since it was never in question. Still, it will be a nice closure to all the requirements being met, and the ball being clearly in Nasdaq's court. Keep in mind that the price must also stay above $5 during the application approval process (to the best of my understanding). After they are on Nas, they have to stay baove $1. LOL I think we will have no problems.
