* Revenues increased 63% year over year and 14% sequentially.

* Gross margin improved 190 basis points sequentially to 54.1% of sales.

* OPBT rose 310 basis points sequentially to 24.0% of sales.

* Fully diluted EPS was $0.50, nearly 3 times the year-ago level and up 25% sequentially.

*Analog product revenues grew 58% year over year and 14% sequentially.

* DSP product revenues increased 87% year over year and 13% sequentially.

* New orders strengthened in all major regions worldwide.

* Backlog increased by more than 30% sequentially.

And here's the best part, it looks like ADI has achieved operational nirvana:

``2000 appears to be shaping up as a great year for Analog Devices,' Mr. Fishman concluded. ``Revenue growth for the year could exceed 50% if current trends continue. Our large backlog has given us good visibility for the next few quarters and we believe we can continue achieving good operating leverage on rising revenues.'

All I can say is WOW.
