You can thank Bartiromo for that. She started it over two years ago and it spread like infection through the ranks. As well, Jim Franks developed a unique strain of the "ahhhh's" that, when forced to work away from a script (like during live interviews), became so bad I literally had to hit the mute button. I wrote futile e-mails to CNBC on both these afronts.

Going forward <---my peeve for over a year now, the whole crew could use a speech and diction coach, if only to raise awareness. If anyone thinks this is harmless, just listen to three out of four CEO's who come on for interviews and use this phrase. They certainly didn't learn it in the board room!

This is the new Southern Fried CNBC...

"I am afraid, as well, that it can only be a matter of time, as well, before they start sticking it as well into the middle of words, or even non-words, as well. Irre-aswell-gardless, it makes them sound dopey and pretentious, as well."

The South shall rise, again.

Oh well, you know, going forward, as well as moving forward, as well as we are all well, we are all moving forward quickly into the spiritual realm, where Art Bell's black helicopters will all take us for a ride to hell in a hand basket, but it won't be so bad because going forward, we wilL still be able to trade stocks as well..... AHHHHHH-ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh ! ! ! ! I can't take it anymore, and going forward, I'm going insane as well!!! Prof. Irwin "Yogi" Correy <VBG>
