Calculate the PO using the first BUY sig that follows the sell sig. We have a count in progress.... once it reverses back down the current column of Xs will be complete. From 54 up to 78 we have 25 Xs. THus 25 (3) + 54, the number we add to. 75+54=129. If the current column of Xs continues up we'll adjust for that as well.
