James:

I think it is a real possibilty for SNH to go to 6. Based on earlier analysis the dividend could be cut to about 80c. If that happens I expect them to suspend dividends until the "marketplace sorts itself out". I will add a little at 8 and load the boat when it gets to 6.

I wish I was sitting on more cash as well. (like 100% since all my value plays get cheaper by the day)

Since I havent seen this mentioned on this board yet, what do you think of AGX. Fundamentals are excellent, decent insider buying, 17$/share in cash and a business trading at less than 5x ebitda with no debt. I havent bought yet as I am expecting to get in cheaper when the market sells off somewhat.

If SNH goes to 6 or Berkshire Hathaway goes to 900

BRK turned around today, IMO. A major correction may sting a bit, but Buffett's in how much cash - 30-40%?

BTW, rotation into energy today. More to come. Values abound.
