<<Darrell, you are claiming some things here that are very material to IDC's future. We are talking about some foundational patents, not whatever refinements or improvements IDC may have developed in the mean-time. I am simply asking you to provide support for these claims. Your refusal to do so does not help your reputation.>>

i suggest you read my previous post. and may the force be with you in your search to find what you're looking for.

as for "material" to IDC's future - again read the previous post. it is material only in your mind, obviously, in order to confuse the true nature and source of IDC's future revenue stream. i will gladly comply with submitting information in regard to the standards difference bw IS95 and CDMA2000 if you in your zeal present legal interpretation as to why you believe IS95 and CDMA2000 are inclusive in all Qualcomm deals. you stated that because you have seen no evidence (evidence which you've never presented) that implied that all IS95 deals did NOT include CDMA2000, that obviously, all IS95 MUST include CDMA2000. what a LEAP of FAITH! again; CDMA2000 did not exist when IDC formed their original agreement with Qualcomm.

you clevery invent diversions Bux to draw attention away from the real issues in regard to IDC. do you work? I do.
