why not? it could go there and then go back to tanking. for today the boyz have decided that it's time to ramp it again...

they're just interviewing "Wall Street's biggest bull" (the DLJ dude, T. Galvin...too young too ever have seen a bear) and ask him why the market will go higher than Abby predicts...he just assured us oil is on it's way to 20 bucks, and the interest rate scare will disappear. says we're going to move much higher in the second half of this year...the propaganda machinery is running full tilt. on Monday we had Abby and Joey, today this guy. any guesses when they will finally be wrong? next year? 2002?
